What are the Local Media Works Awards? 

The Local Media Works Awards, powered by JICREG, celebrate the UK's most outstanding planning talent across media agencies. The awards cover five industry leading categories, best original thinking, best strategy, best use of content, best use of local targeting, and best use of multi-platform.

The best of the best category will have the opportunity to win £1,000 of Apple vouchers. 

Chaired by Stewart Easterbrook, strategic adviser to businesses in media communications, data analytics and technology, the judging panel consists of Brandon Bell, Specsavers head of regional and local marketing; Patrick Milne, DFS campaign marketing manager; Kathryn Edwards,  Airbus UK employment marketing specialist; Andy Bolden, GlaxoSmithKline Europe media director / global head of trading; Owen Brace, DWP deputy director of communications; Craig Nayman LMW chairman and Archant chief commercial officer; and Justin Fenton LMW head of marketing. 

To enter, answer the brief and email it to LMW@localmediauk.org. Entries will close on Friday 15 September at 5pm. Winners will be announced at the awards celebration party on Thursday 9 November at The Hospital Club in the heart of London.
